Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation up to 3 months before arrival:
A cancellation up to 3 months before the planned arrival date is free of charge. No fees will be incurred.

2. Cancellation between 3 months and 1 month before arrival:
For cancellations made between 3 months and 1 month before arrival, 40% of the total booking amount will be charged.

3. Cancellation between 1 month and 1 week before arrival:
For cancellations made between 1 month and 1 week before the arrival date, cancellation costs amount to 90% of the total booking amount.

4. Cancellation within the last week, no-show, or early departure:
If the stay is canceled within the last 7 days before arrival, in case of no-show, or in the event of an early departure, 100% of the booked stay will be charged.

These conditions apply unless otherwise agreed in writing. We recommend taking out travel insurance to ensure you are covered in case of unexpected events.

Please note that your cancellation must be made in writing to be legally effective.

Pool Information

The swimming pool located on the property is a private pool. It is available for guests to use but is used at their own risk. Parents are responsible for their children when using the pool. The owners accept no liability for accidents or damages associated with the use of the swimming pool. Any damage caused must be covered by the guest. Additionally, all signs and notices around the pool must be observed.

The pool is heated and open seasonally from June 1st to October 1st!

House Rules for the Accommodation Apart Alpine Retreat
Check-in and Check-out:

  • Check-in: From 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Please inform the property in advance about your arrival time.
  • Check-out: From 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Refundable Damage Deposit:

  • A refundable damage deposit of €100 is required upon arrival, payable in cash.
  • The deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out, provided no damages are found.

Children and Beds:

  • Kinder: Kinder jeden Alters sind willkommen.
    • Bitte geben Sie bei der Buchung die Anzahl der Kinder und deren Alter an, um korrekte Preise und Belegungsinformationen zu erhalten.
  • Babybetten:
    • Für Kinder im Alter von 0 bis 2 Jahren kann auf Anfrage ein Babybett kostenfrei bereitgestellt werden.
    • Die Verfügbarkeit von Babybetten hängt von der gewählten Option ab und muss bestätigt werden.
  • Extra beds: Not available.

Age Restriction:

  • There is no age restriction for guests.

Smoking:

  • Smoking is not permitted throughout the property.

Parties and Events:

  • Parties and events are not allowed.

Quiet Hours:

  • Guests are asked to maintain quiet between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Pets:

Pets are not allowed.
